Learning as a constant exploration
At Solfège, we believe that music is more than just playing an instrument. We believe music has a strong impact on developing a child’s motor and cognitive skills as much as their emotional intelligence, helping them do well academically and leading to their holistic growth.
From active listening to exploring the historical context of a composition, learning music at Solfège is a constant exploration. We focus on engaging with our students and taking them on a journey of discovery. Our comprehensive approach bridges the gap between traditional learning and modern pedagogies.
We’ve equipped our music rooms with beautifully constructed Steinway pianos. And we’ve chosen a teaching approach that focuses on the learner more than on the curricula, and also prepares the learner for performing to an audience, and acing international music board exams.
As our little community grows in years and numbers, we remain committed to creating an environment where learners of any age can develop a positive relationship with music.
